Reservations Agent

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Agent (Arabic Speaker) at Media One Hotel located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Reservations Agent will be responsible for handling phone etiquette, managing reservations, providing customer service, and performing receptionist duties. The role will require daily interaction with guests, coordinating with various hotel departments and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Phone Etiquette and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Opera
• Experience in Reservations and/or Receptionist Duties
• Excellent Communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Ability to provide a high level of customer service and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Good organizational and time-management skills
