This is a full-time, on-site role as a Reservations Sales Manager located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The primary responsibilities of the role include managing reservation-related inquiries, leading sales initiatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Reservations Sales Manager will develop and implement sales strategies, oversee teams to achieve sales targets, maintain service standards, and cultivate customer relationships for long-term success. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and clients to enhance customer experiences and meet organizational goals.

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to maintain and enhance client relationships.
• Demonstrated experience in Sales and selling strategies to achieve revenue goals and generate growth.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage teams and ensure seamless operations.
• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Previous experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is beneficial.
