As the Revenue Team Lead and Reservations Supervisor, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing revenue management strategies, pricing, and inventory allocation while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the reservations department. This dual role requires a candidate with strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Reservations Management:

Overseeing the reservation process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Managing reservation systems and databases.

Coordinating with the front office to streamline check-in and check-out procedures.

 

Team Leadership:

Supervising the reservations team, providing guidance and training.

Ensuring effective communication within the reservations department.

Motivating and inspiring team members to achieve performance targets.

 

Guest Service:

Ensuring exceptional guest service during the reservation process.

Resolving guest issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborating with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.

 

Reporting and Analysis:

Skills & Experience:
