Job Description
- πΌ Manage resident requests and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, offering solutions and personalized support.
- π¦ Coordinate deliveries, maintenance appointments, and amenity bookings to ensure smooth daily operations.
- πΊοΈ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of residence facilities, services, local attractions, and events to offer tailored recommendations.
- π€ Collaborate with residence management, security, and housekeeping teams to deliver seamless and discreet service.
- π οΈ Address resident concerns with discretion and efficiency, escalating to management when necessary.
- π§Ή Ensure the lobby, reception, and concierge desk remain clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- π Adhere to MAMA Shelterβs service values and etiquette in all interactions with residents and colleagues.
- π Uphold the confidentiality and integrity of resident data in compliance with legal and organizational policies.
Qualifications
- ποΈ Previous experience in concierge, front office, or reception role, preferably in a hospitality environment.
- π» Proficiency in using property management systems (PMS) and office software such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
- π£οΈ Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Russian or other languages is a plus.
- π Strong customer service orientation and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- π Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- π Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- π A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to legal and organizational policies.
