Resident Engineer

Bayaty Architects is currently inviting applications from highly experienced and qualified Resident Engineers (Civil / Architectural) to join its growing team in the UAE. This role presents an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high-profile projects within a well-established and rapidly expanding architectural and engineering firm.

The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from initial commencement through completion, including the Defects Liability Period (DLP), while ensuring full compliance with technical standards, contractual requirements, and local authority regulations.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture along with PMP certification.
• A minimum of 12 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Strong leadership qualities combined with solid technical expertise.
• Extensive experience managing projects from start to handover and during the DLP phase.
• In-depth knowledge of architectural finishes, material submittals, variations, and payment certifications.
• Thorough understanding of local authorities’ rules, approvals, and regulatory requirements.
