Resident Engineer

Description:

Two positions open for Resident Engineers with the following qualifications:

-General qualifications:

Minimum 10 years proven experience as an RE with Consultant Offices in UAE.

Well Knowledge of FIDIC & construction contracts.

Familiar with applicable Authority’s regulations and formalities pertaining to Construction.

Experienced in construction quality documentation & process.

Proactive with excellent organizational skills and positive attitude.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must & CAD knowledge is an added value.

-Specific qualifications:

Position - 1:

Proven Experience with Hotel Projects or similar complexity projects is a must.

Position - 2:

Proven Experience with Hotel Projects or similar complexity projects is a must.

Experience with High-Rise Building is a must.
