Flora Hospitality in Dubai is hiring a dynamic and experienced Restaurant & Banqueting Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and banquet facilities. This full-time role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong leadership and organizational skills, aiming to deliver exceptional guest experiences across dining and event functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the restaurant floor and banquet hall.

• Coordinate closely with kitchen, service, and event planning teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of services.

• Manage team scheduling, conduct training sessions, and oversee performance evaluations.

• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and customer service are consistently maintained.

• Oversee the setup and breakdown of various events including corporate meetings, private functions, and social gatherings.

• Address guest feedback promptly and resolve issues professionally.

• Maintain inventory control of all supplies related to banqueting and restaurant operations.

• Guarantee compliance with all relevant health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in hospitality management.

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in restaurant and/or banqueting supervision.

• Strong leadership, team coordination, and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask effectively in a high-paced hospitality environment.

• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and problem-solving approach.

• Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and evenings.

• Solid knowledge of food safety standards and service protocols.

• Proficient in English and computer operations.
