A premium café concept based in Abu Dhabi is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant General Manager to lead its operations. This role is ideal for a highly skilled hospitality professional with a strong background in managing premium casual or lifestyle café environments and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing full restaurant operations, leading and developing teams, and ensuring the highest standards of service and operational efficiency. This is a leadership role requiring a strong focus on brand development, customer satisfaction, and business performance.
