Description:

The ideal candidate for this position will succeed in this role if they have both knowledge and technical depth about managing a restaurant. They will be a central person in the managing the operations of outlet, working with multiple individuals across different teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations
• Oversee multiple personnel
• Help with onboarding and training
• Overseeing the guest management and service quality
• Knowledge of costs associated with restaurant operations,
• Expertise in controlling the cost and increase the profitability of the outlet
• Aware of competition review
• Assist various functions such as accounts, cost control
• Knowledge of daily and monthly reports

Qualifications

• Equivalent experience in UAE
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Organized
• Strong leadership skills
• Aware of IMS system
