The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring the highest level of customer service, and driving team performance. A key requirement for this role is fluency in Mandarin Chinese, as it is essential for effective communication within the multicultural team and with clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery

• Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house staff to maintain performance and service standards

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by handling guest feedback professionally and promptly

• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and internal policies

• Analyze operational performance and prepare regular reports for senior management

• Work closely with the culinary and service teams to execute events, promotions, and seasonal offerings

• Support budgeting, cost control, and profitability efforts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field

• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in restaurant or hospitality management

• Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (mandatory)

• Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-end dining environment
