Restaurant Manager

Description:

Our client — a luxury Chinese dining concept in Dubai — is recruiting an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations and help deliver outstanding guest experiences. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who excels at team leadership, attention to detail and high-end service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and high standards.
• Lead, train and motivate front-of-house staff to maintain a polished guest experience.
• Oversee guest relations and handle escalations to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor service quality, presentation and consistency across shifts.
• Work with management to implement sales strategies and ensure operational targets are met.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven background in a fine-dining or luxury restaurant environment; experience with Asian or Chinese cuisine is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Able to manage a team, control service flow and maintain high standards under pressure.
• Availability to join immediately or within two weeks.
