Candidates with Greek or Italian background (nationality or culinary familiarity) will have an advantage.

What we need:
✔ Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Manager in a standalone restaurant
✔ Deep understanding of Mediterranean dining styles & operations
✔ Strong leadership and guest engagement skills
✔ Immediate availability
