Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure seamless service delivery
• Lead, motivate, and manage front-of-house teams in a high-energy environment
• Maintain excellent guest relations and handle feedback professionally
• Ensure service quality, ambiance, and performance align with the brand concept
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to support shows, service flow, and guest satisfaction
• Uphold health, safety, and hospitality standards at all times

• Proven experience in a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role
