Restaurant Manager

KAF Cafe is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee operations at one of its branches in the UAE. This opportunity is ideal for a professional with a strong background in luxury café or upscale restaurant management who can lead teams, maintain high service standards, and drive business performance. The role requires a hands-on leader who can ensure smooth daily operations while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure outstanding customer service and smooth workflow

• Lead, train, and motivate both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) teams

• Monitor inventory levels, staff scheduling, and ensure compliance with health and labor regulations

• Handle customer feedback professionally and maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene

• Track branch performance, including sales, expenses, and overall profitability

• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams regarding payroll, staff leave, and workforce planning

• Support and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing a luxury café or upscale restaurant environment

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and make quick, effective decisions

• Knowledge of UAE labor laws, food safety standards, and hygiene regulations

• Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and basic accounting practices

• Candidate must be female and currently based in the United Arab Emirates
