Description:
Hiring Restaurant Purchaser/Receiver
- Location: Dubai
- Salary : 6K+
- 6 days work week
- At least 5 year to experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and purchase high-quality ingredients, supplies, and equipment for the restaurant.
- Work closely with the management team to develop and adhere to budgetary guidelines.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to identify ingredient substitutions when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
Qualification:
- Proven experience in purchasing and receiving roles within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with inventory management and procurement software is a plus.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) for record-keeping.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
