Restaurant Reservations Agent

Description:

Fundamental Hospitality is seeking an experienced Restaurant Reservations Agent to join its Central Reservations team in Dubai on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who have strong communication skills and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences.

The successful candidate will manage guest reservations, provide excellent customer service, and ensure smooth coordination with restaurant teams. Applicants must be currently based in Dubai and hold their own valid UAE residence visa for this part-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle restaurant reservation requests and guest inquiries professionally.

• Provide exceptional customer service through phone and other communication channels.

• Manage bookings using reservation platforms such as SevenRooms.

• Coordinate with restaurant teams to ensure accurate reservation details.

• Maintain guest information and update reservation records.

• Support a seamless guest experience from inquiry to visit.

• Assist with administrative tasks using Microsoft Office tools.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a hospitality reservations role.

• Currently based in Dubai.

• Must hold a valid UAE residence visa (required for part-time position).

• Comfortable using reservation platforms, especially SevenRooms.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong English communication skills.

• Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service abilities.
