Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure seamless service and adherence to company standards
- Lead, guide, and manage the restaurant team by assigning tasks and monitoring staff performance
- Deliver excellent customer service by handling guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Maintain high standards of food presentation, service quality, and overall guest experience
- Train team members on service procedures, menu knowledge, and effective upselling techniques
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational policies
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or F&B industry
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
