to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across both offline and online channels in the UAE region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling retail and digital-first brands, with strong knowledge of the UAE market landscape, consumer behavior, and brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 360° marketing strategies for both offline (retail) and online (eCommerce) channels, aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Plan and manage PR campaigns, brand launches, and storytelling initiatives to drive media exposure and brand relevance.
- Establish and manage strategic partnerships with local retailers, distributors, and brand collaborators to enhance market reach and visibility.
- Represent the brand at national and international trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to build networks and drive growth opportunities.
- Oversee in-store branding, activation campaigns, and retail merchandising strategies to optimize customer engagement.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives including social media strategy, influencer collaborations, performance marketing, SEO, email campaigns, and marketplace promotions.
- Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and customer insights to continuously refine marketing efforts and identify new growth areas.
- Manage marketing budgets, track campaign performance metrics, and report ROI-focused outcomes to leadership.
- Lead cross-functional coordination with creative, product, commercial, and logistics teams to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Supervise and guide internal marketing teams and third-party agencies to ensure timely and impactful execution of all activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 6–8 years of progressive marketing experience in brand building, retail, and eCommerce domains.
- At least 5 years of UAE/GCC market experience with a deep understanding of regional consumer trends and retail dynamics.
- Strong expertise in launching new brands or product lines through integrated marketing and PR strategies.
- Solid network within the UAE’s retail and brand ecosystem—preferably across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or FMCG sectors.
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and performance marketing strategies.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s or MBA is a plus.
- Bilingual proficiency (English required; Arabic is an added advantage).
