Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field. Additional certifications or qualifications in management or leadership are a plus.
- Proven experience in multi-store retail management or a similar role, preferably in the UAE or the region.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, sales, and customer service principles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong business acumen and financial literacy.
- Ability to interpret sales and performance data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using retail management software, inventory systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Flexibility to travel within the assigned area and occasionally outside the area as needed.
