The successful candidate will play a key role in planning and executing integrated marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including digital platforms, retail locations, print media, and public relations. This position also involves analyzing campaign performance, managing budgets, and delivering impactful customer experiences through strategic marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and manage marketing budgets while maintaining detailed campaign calendars.

• Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, in-store, print, and public relations channels.

• Organize and oversee retail events, product launches, promotional activities, and corporate branding initiatives.

• Coordinate with advertising agencies, suppliers, and external partners to ensure successful campaign delivery.

• Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to support marketing strategies and business growth.

• Monitor campaign performance, evaluate results, and recommend improvements for future marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in retail marketing.

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and analytical abilities.
