Responsibilities

Recommend rides based on customers' needs and preferences.

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system.

Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Stay informed about current promotions, discounts, and special offers to effectively up sell and cross-sell products.

Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally, aiming for swift resolution and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure a positive entertainment experience for all customers.

Continuously strive to enhance product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
