Key Responsibilities

• Contact leads within minutes of their registration
• Guide clients through the registration process, KYC (Know Your Customer) document upload, and their first deposit
• Build long-term relationships with clients
• Encourage active traders to increase their equity/balance in order to trade larger volumes
• Provide daily market updates, technical analysis, and alerts related to high-volatility events
• Reconnect with and engage existing or inactive clients

Requirements
 

• Proven track record in retention, re-activation, conversion, sales, or client recovery
• Experience in Forex, CFD, or trading is a strong advantage
• Strong ethical mindset with excellent closing skills
• Performance-driven professionals willing to work on-site in Dubai
• Ability to manage high-value UK clients and generate strong deposit volumes
• British nationals are welcome
