Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing Forex trading clients
  • Act as the primary point of contact to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention
  • Handle client inquiries professionally via phone, email, and online platforms
  • Promote trading activity and introduce relevant products/services
  • Negotiate effectively to retain clients and prevent account churn
  • Monitor client performance and provide timely follow-ups
  • Meet retention and revenue targets set by the company
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities

Requirements
 

  • Proven experience in Forex trading as a Retention or Relationship Manager
  • Strong understanding of Forex markets and trading platforms
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Confident and professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Target-driven mindset with strong interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English communication (spoken and written)
