Revit Modeler

Description:

The BIM Revit Modeler will develop, manage and report all activities relating to for creating 3D models of projects and detailed plans. Will work with BIM department and other engineers and designers and will also provide support to construction contractor during the phase of designing

• Prepare schematic design, design development, construction documentation, BIM content create 3D perspective and any additional drawing
• Transform conceptual/schematic designs using Revit into working construction documents
• Review drawings to ensure adherence to established specifications and standards, as well as perform routine drafting and technical tasks as required throughout the project duration
• Maintain quality standards, format special requirements, etc. as mandated by office production standards
• Produces well-organized, finished drawings of good appearance, accuracy, clarity, and correctness from layouts, sketches, and verbal and/or written instructions
• Coordinate working drawing information with related consultants
• Preparing drawings, sketches, charts and other visual aids to communicate information to others
• Review drawings to determine if they meet building codes or other regulations
• To create drawings of floor plans, elevations, sections and other views of buildings
