Description:
Join the housekeeping team at Seven Seas Hotel as a Room Attendant, where you’ll help maintain exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction across guest rooms and corridors. Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms to hotel standards, including making beds, replacing linens and towels, dusting, vacuuming and sanitising surfaces.
- Replenish in-room amenities and minibar items, and report low stock to supervisors.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests related to housekeeping.
- Inspect rooms after cleaning to ensure quality and readiness for guest arrival.
- Follow safety, hygiene and handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Report maintenance issues, lost & found items and any guest feedback to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to meet daily room targets and maintain public area cleanliness.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–2 years of housekeeping or room attendant experience, preferably within hotels.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.
- Attitude: Positive, team-oriented mindset with reliable punctuality.
- Availability: Ready to join immediately is preferred.
- Languages: Basic communication skills to interact with guests and team members (language requirements vary by property).
