City Seasons Al Hamra Hotel is currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Room Attendant to join its Housekeeping department in Abu Dhabi. The selected candidate will play an important role in supporting daily housekeeping operations and contributing to guest satisfaction through exceptional service and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned hotel areas according to hotel standards

• Replace linens, towels, toiletries, and room amenities as required

• Ensure guest rooms are properly arranged, sanitized, and prepared for occupancy

• Report maintenance issues, lost items, or room damages to the appropriate department

• Follow hotel housekeeping procedures, cleanliness guidelines, and safety standards

• Maintain proper use of housekeeping equipment, cleaning supplies, and chemicals

• Respond professionally to guest requests and provide assistance when needed

• Ensure high levels of hygiene, presentation, and guest comfort throughout assigned areas

• Coordinate with housekeeping supervisors and team members to complete daily tasks efficiently

• Support the hotel in maintaining a welcoming and professional environment for guests

Requirements:

• Candidates must currently be available inside the UAE

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience is preferred

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment

• Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and willingness to learn

• Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• Ability to maintain professionalism while handling guest interactions
