Blue Collection Real Estate is looking for an experienced Russian-speaking Marketing Manager to design and execute marketing strategies.

Blue Collection Real Estate is a specialty real estate brokerage committed to curating and growing the biggest collection of premier properties in the United Arab Emirates, positioning the brand as the brokerage agency of choice for luxury waterfront real estate investments. The company offers property sales, property leasing and investment advisory to broad selection of properties in the Emirates, from apartments with gleaming waterfront views to luxury penthouses and mansions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1) Manage the marketing team, budget, ensure all marketing programs are successful and goal-oriented.

2) Design and execute marketing strategies which focus on each specific audience: including tenants, brokers, investors, and employees/potential employees

3) Support lead generation campaigns and leads follow-up by our Sales Teams.

4) Understand the products and run campaigns including e-mail campaigns, social media and websites to drive market activity and connectivity.

5) Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns

6) Assist marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, etc.)

7) Establish effective media relationships on a local and on international level.

8) Carry out assigned tasks with limited supervision, including coordinating, and implementing projects.

9) Other related duties/projects as assigned

Qualifications:

1) Proven experience of 3-4 years in UAE Real Estate sector.

2) Savvy with all marketing elements including digital/social media platforms.

3) Ability to effectively manage staff.

4) Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools

5) Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM), and applications (Web analytics, Google AdWords etc.)

6) Well-organized and detail-oriented

7) Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Russian languages. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
