Description:
What You'll Do
· Drive sales revenue and meet ARR targets for UAE region
· Sell our EdTech platform to universities and educational institutions
· Manage large deals ($100K+ ARR) through complex procurement processes
· Build relationships with university leaders and government officials
· Understand and navigate UAE education compliance requirements
· Lead and mentor junior sales team members
· Represent company at industry events and conferences
What We Need
· 8+ years B2B SaaS sales experience (preferably EdTech/ERP)
· Strong hands-on experience selling to educational institutions
· Knowledge of UAE education sector and compliance frameworks
· Excellent communication skills for executive-level meetings
· Proven track record of closing enterprise deals
· Understanding of procurement processes in government/university settings
· English fluency required (Arabic preferred)
