Safety Engineer

Glassline Aluminum LLC, a prominent façade and aluminum solutions provider based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is seeking an experienced Safety Engineer to join their team. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with a strong background in safety management, particularly within the aluminum and glazing sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation, oversight, and continuous improvement of safety procedures in alignment with local regulations and project standards. The role demands direct engagement with site operations and proactive coordination with internal teams to ensure full safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Implementing and enforcing safety measures across aluminum and glazing worksites.

• Conducting thorough site inspections and risk assessments.

• Maintaining up-to-date safety documentation including method statements, risk assessments, and incident reports.

• Delivering effective safety training sessions and toolbox talks.

• Liaising closely with project managers and site supervisors to promote a safety-first culture.

• Investigating any workplace incidents or near-misses and preparing comprehensive reports.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a relevant discipline.

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a safety-focused role within the aluminum and glazing industry.

• Solid understanding of UAE safety regulations and standards.

• Preferably certified in NEBOSH, IOSH, or other recognized safety credentials.

• Strong communication, leadership, and reporting skills are essential.
