Cloud Restaurant Management in Dubai is seeking a dedicated Food Hygiene & Safety Officer to oversee kitchen operations and ensure all hygiene standards are consistently met. The role focuses on monitoring staff, maintaining food safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise kitchen staff to maintain efficiency, discipline, and smooth workflow
• Inspect kitchen and hygiene areas regularly to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance
• Enforce adherence to food hygiene protocols and standard operating procedures
• Maintain and update compliance checklists and records
• Track audit results, hygiene reports, and sample logs through inspection platforms
• Generate daily and periodic compliance reports for management review
• Identify and report non-compliance or quality issues and ensure corrective measures are implemented
• Conduct hygiene awareness sessions and SOP training for staff
