Safety Officer

Description:

Voltronix Contracting LLC is looking for a qualified Safety Officer to join its team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for safety professionals who are committed to maintaining a safe workplace and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across construction projects.

The successful candidate will help implement safety procedures, monitor compliance, conduct inspections, and promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization. Applicants with recognized HSE certifications will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor workplace activities to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Conduct routine site inspections and identify potential hazards.

• Support the implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and safety initiatives.

• Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.

• Conduct safety awareness programs and toolbox talks for employees.

• Maintain HSE records and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of safety experience.

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree.

• NEBOSH, OSHA, or ISO 45001 certification is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety practices.

• Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Strong knowledge of:

• Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations.

• Risk assessment, hazard identification, and incident reporting.

• NEBOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001 standards, and workplace safety procedures.
