Min. 2-4 years’ work experience in UAE Corporate Services/Business Setup (same field as My Business Consulting DMCC) – please check our website to know the services we are offering.
Must have experience in Sales/Client Account Management roles in UAE
Proficiency in oral and written English language is mandatory. Any other language will be advantageous.
Goal oriented, Negotiation skills, Sales skills, Target driven
Bachelor’s Degree and Advanced computer user
Excellent people skills
Smart professional appearance at all times
Highly independent, can work under pressure and dedicated toward his/her responsibilities

Job responsibilities:

Build strong relationships with all types of customers. Identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.
The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success with main responsible of development and achievement of sales target on monthly basis.
Expanding effective relationships with Referral Agents and bringing in new clients
Proficient reception of new requests, order modifications, complaints by the respective clients
Acquiring a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements
Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives and promotes companies’ services
Promote our company’s services with prospect/existing clients may it be from the company’s marketing efforts or personal contacts
Assist as the most professional and efficient link of communication between clients and all internal My Business Consulting DMCC team members.
Ensure client satisfaction on all paid services, without any delays, mistakes, and miscommunications.
Working with operations team, finance team, managers, marketing team, and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of services are being delivered and all client needs met.
