Sales Account Executive

We are looking for experience in selling Cybersecurity services and Product sales experience in Information Technology would be a plus. We have a great product market fit; our market opportunities and commercial model continue evolving almost as fast as the technology. You’ll thrive working with ambiguity and pioneering new revenue opportunities in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, environment.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

· Driving and delivering sales – selling into new partners and customers and upselling where applicable with existing customers and partners

· Generate, manage and prioritize an end-to-end sales pipeline to exceed sales targets and assist the business in hitting its broader financial targets

· Liaise with marketing to identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales

· Support build out of a high-performing sales team (bring to bear experiences, best practices, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives)

· Build and maintain a thorough knowledge of the market, industry trends, the solutions/ services the company can provide, and the competitive landscape

· Provide account leadership and direction in the pre-and post-sales process

· Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM system to ensure robust pipeline management and forecasting

 

Who We Are Looking For

· Someone with over seven years of experience in the UAE in the field of IT sales

· Should have a strong communication skill in Level B2 in English and B2 in Arab.

· Who possesses in-depth understanding of the UAE market.

· Requires a valid UAE driver's license

· Excellent presentation skills and experience doing client demonstrations.

· Proven ability to close commercial deals and exceed sales targets.

· Experienced in a high-growth environment - adept at interfacing across all areas of the organization, in particular, Product and Engineering teams

· Strong team player who will help develop and support other team members

· Quick learner, with plenty of initiative

· Ability to operate in a fast-moving, often evolving environment

· Dynamic and customer-centric with gravitas, energy, and presence

· Strong sales and negotiation acumen
