Sales Account Manager

 

Description:

We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Account Manager to join our dynamic fintech product company based in Dubai. You will play a key role in driving growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base across the MENA region and beyond.

 

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fintech sector (B2B/B2B2C).
  • Build strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and enterprise clients.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for digital financial products.
  • Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Attend industry events, pitch the company’s products, and manage the full sales cycle.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.

 

✅ Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development or sales within fintech, SaaS, or financial services.
  • Strong network in the UAE/MENA financial ecosystem is a big plus.
  • Proven track record in closing deals and building long-term partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Passion for digital innovation and financial technology.
