Description:
As Sales Account Manager for Perfumery&Beauty, Regional Consumer Brands, you are responsible for driving sustainable sales growth and profitability across assigned accounts. You manage the full commercial relationship, from strategic account planning to project execution, positioning dsm-firmenich as a key partner through profitable business delivery, operational excellence, and high client satisfaction across the region. The role focuses on the Central Asia region and is based in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Define account objectives and commercial strategy, implement robust account plans, and actively manage business vitality
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, monitor satisfaction levels, and initiate corrective actions when required
- Identify, document, and convert business potentials through market and competitive analysis into actionable opportunities
- Lead projects end-to-end: secure clear briefs, anticipate client needs, coordinate internal teams, and deliver optimal solutions
- Define pricing, margins, and commercial terms per project in line with guidelines, ensuring accurate system entry and compliance
- Ensure disciplined account management through forecasting, budgeting, visit reporting, post-mortems, and adherence to internal processes

You bring
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, science, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in sales or account management within fragrances, ingredients, or FMCG environments
- Strong commercial acumen, including pricing, margin management, budgeting, expenses, and client overdues
- Proven ability to build trusted client partnerships, negotiate effectively, and drive profitable growth; willingness to travel up to 40%
- Solid understanding of product lifecycle management, demand planning, supply chain interactions, and internal tools and processes
- Fluency in English and Russian required; French is a strong assets
