Sales & Accounts Coordinator

 

Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Accounts Coordinator to join our growing team in Dubai.

This role combines accounting support and sales coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both working with numbers and communicating with clients and suppliers.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
  • Prepare invoices, payment requests, and financial reports
  • Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Assist with VAT compliance and tax-related documentation
  • Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and service providers when required
  • Support sales activities, including preparing quotations, contracts, and customer documentation
  • Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding orders, payments, and deliveries
  • Maintain accurate financial and operational records
  • Provide administrative support to management

 

Requirements:

 

  • Based in Dubai, UAE
  • Previous experience in accounting, finance, sales support, or administration
  • Strong understanding of UAE accounting practices, VAT regulations, and corporate compliance requirements
  • Knowledge of UAE tax laws, labor regulations, and general business procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of Zoho Books is preffered
