Description:
We are looking for a proactive Sales & Admin Coordinator to join a premium transport company in Dubai. This on-site role involves managing client inquiries, coordinating bookings, supporting daily operations, and ensuring high-quality customer interactions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Handle sales inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email, providing accurate quotations.
- Follow up with clients to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Update and maintain CRM records with client interactions and bookings.
- Coordinate schedules with drivers and dispatch teams to ensure trip accuracy.
- Prepare invoices, collect payments, and manage purchase orders.
- Address client feedback and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.
✅ Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong command of English (spoken and written) and confident communication via phone and WhatsApp.
- 2–4 years’ experience in sales coordination, reservations, or administrative roles; experience in transport, hospitality, travel, or events is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, or booking tools.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Knowledge of Dubai locations, airports, and hotels is preferred.
- Must be able to work on-site with occasional evening or weekend flexibility.
