Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, process-oriented, and data-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Admin / Data Collection Specialist. The ideal candidate is not just a collector of data, but someone who is very good at presenting and reporting data in a very clear and understandable manner, and is passionate about supporting a fast-moving sales team through systems, accuracy, and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team by managing CRM entries, updating pipelines, and ensuring data integrity across tools and systems.

- Collect, clean, and organize sales data from various sources for reports and dashboards.

- Monitor lead generation and conversion metrics, and track performance KPIs on a daily/weekly basis.

- Assist in building and maintaining streamlined sales processes and documentation.

- Provide timely administrative support such as meeting scheduling, call summaries, and follow-ups.

- Collaborate with sales managers and closers to ensure efficient handoffs and timely communication.

- Ensure that all leads are properly categorized, followed up on, and escalated if needed.

- Prepare presentations and sales performance summaries for internal use.

- Perform audits of data systems and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a sales support, operations, or administrative role (experience in sales data handling is a must).

- High proficiency with Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).

- Strong analytical and organizational skills — must love spreadsheets and structure!

- Ability to translate data and clearly report this data for proper understanding and decision making.
