To strengthen our Sales Team at our Dubai trading hub, we are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator. This is a dedicated administrative role supporting our sales operations - ideal for someone who enjoys structure, accuracy, and being the reliable backbone of a sales team.

This is not a stepping-stone role toward sales management; it is a specialist administrative position for someone who takes pride in doing admin work exceptionally well.

No two days are exactly the same, but you can expect the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data, including prices, sales orders, and contracts.
  • Process sales orders from receipt through to accurate invoicing, ensuring every step is documented and correct.
  • Prepare and format product sheets, price lists, and tender documentation on behalf of the Sales Manager.
  • Support the administrative preparation of annual customer meetings (agendas, data packs, follow-up documentation).
  • Monitor stock levels and delivery schedules, flagging slow-moving inventory and coordinating with relevant teams.
  • Serve as the administrative Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for customers, handling requests, confirmations, documentation, and invoicing queries.
  • Maintain sales records, filing systems, and shared drives so that information is always easy to find and audit-ready.
  • Produce straightforward data overviews and recurring reports to support the Sales Manager's decision-making.

The profile of our ideal candidate

  • A Bachelor's degree in an administrative, economic, or business-related field, or equivalent experience in a sales support or back-office role.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for administrative work — you see accuracy, structure, and follow-through as a craft, not as a stepping stone.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with digital systems: ERP, CRM, Excel, and document management tools.
  • Able to manage multiple parallel requests calmly and prioritize effectively.
  • A reliable team player who enjoys supporting colleagues and customers behind the scenes.
  • Demonstrable core competencies: accuracy, reliability, problem-solving, initiative within a defined scope, and proficiency in digital systems.
