Description:

The Holiday Manager in the Sales & Operations Department is responsible for designing, planning, and managing holiday packages and travel experiences. This role involves driving sales growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the travel and tourism industry, excellent leadership skills, and a focus on innovation and client retention.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

• Oversee the sales process, including lead generation, client consultations, and conversions.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners to drive business

growth.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

• Prepare and present sales performance reports to senior management.

• Handling Enquiries and preparing the quotations.

Operations Management:

• Plan and manage the end-to-end delivery of holiday packages, ensuring seamless customer

experiences.

• Coordinate with suppliers, transport / airlines providers, and accommodation partners to secure

optimal deals and quality services.

• Monitor and improve operational processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

• Handle customer escalations and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.

• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in the travel industry.

Product Development:

• Design attractive holiday packages tailored to various customer segments, including families,

corporate clients, and luxury travelers.

• Conduct market research to identify customer preferences and emerging travel trends.

• Introduce innovative offerings to differentiate the company in a competitive market.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree

preferred).

• Proven experience (5+ years) in sales and operations within the travel and tourism industry.

• Strong knowledge of international and domestic travel markets, destinations, and trends.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Leadership qualities with the ability to manage and inspire a team.

• Proficiency in travel software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering quality experiences.

• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
