We are currently expanding and are looking for Sales Agents to join our DXB & AUH offices.

(Summary)

Industry: Financial services – Insurance/Investments.

Employment type: Full Time.

Location: Dubai & Abu Dhabi – United Arab Emirates.

Salary: Commissions Based Fully – Exceptions might apply only for holders of proven sales record.

(Desired Candidate Profile)

1 to 5 years of experience.

Bachelor’s Degree holder (preferred).

Coming from Bank or Bancassurance field.

Own visa holder, student visa, or family visa.

English (Proficient) is a must. Arabic (preferred).

(Roles & Responsibilities)

Abide by company’s values and refrain from misleading and mis-selling clients.

Utilize expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Excel at creating and closing new opportunities by using a consultative approach to determine customer needs, build rapport, and provide solutions that suit clients’ interest the best.

Focus on meeting extensively with clients to demystify the industry jargon and make life insurance and investment easy to understand.

Prepare accurate and complete documentation duly.

Work closely with sales teammates to solve complex clients’ problems.
