Description:

- Obtain new listings from Owners.

- Promote properties for sale or for lease.

- Preparing advertisements for open houses and listings.

- Ensure an effective working relationship with property owners

- Knowing the current projects selling trends and going through attracting the fitted clients.

-Making market researches for different spotty regions in Abu Dhabi and Dubai to review the current real estate directions and other products of the competitors.

Requirements

- Bachelor Degree

- Candidates should be from a Real Estate background. Experience (1+ Years) preferred.

- Possess excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.

- Persuasive with details and facts. Commitment to high professional ethical standards. Good computer skills, proficient in CRM, word, and excel.

-Valid UAE driving License
