Hiring Sales Agent (Russian Speaking)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Our client, a prominent player in the car rental sector in Dubai, is seeking a Sales Agent to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers through various channels
- Provide comprehensive consultation on services, cars, availability, and job-related matters
- Perform daily checks of the car pool and ensure timely updates
- Advertise available cars via related systems
- Drive sales and revenue growth
- Manage the release and collection of cars
- Handle contract handovers to clients
- Follow up on payments and provide timely updates to the Finance Controller
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in Russian and English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Active and flexible personality with a customer-oriented approach
- Proficiency in business etiquette
- Good knowledge of UAE locations, areas, and roads
- Familiarity with MS Office and messaging platforms
- Understanding of car types and specifications
- Result-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
- UAE driving license (candidates without it are encouraged to apply)
