Description:

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Admin Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and sales support to ensure smooth daily operations, assist the sales team and management, and help maintain excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team and company executives.
  • Manage correspondence, client communication, and follow-ups.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare reports, and maintain organized records.
  • Coordinate with clients and handle inquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, sales documentation, and internal reports.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office and sales operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in administrative assistance and clerical coordination.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills and professional phone/email etiquette.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in sales support or within the general trading industry is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
