Sales And Administrative Support Specialist

 

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Administrative Support Specialist to assist with a wide range of sales and administrative tasks. This role requires strong digital skills, including proficiency in various systems and the ability to accurately encode data. The specialist will also be responsible for analysing existing data to support upselling of services. They will ensure that the commercial cleaning, deep-cleaning (Signature Service) and maintenance teams are fully booked, that their schedules are optimised, and that unnecessary downtime or travel costs are avoided.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, and maintaining records and databases.

• Assist with sales activities, such as generating leads, conducting research, and preparing proposals.

• Ensure the accuracy of data by reviewing and encoding information into relevant systems.

• Analyze existing data to identify upselling opportunities and support the sales team in upselling services.

• Manage and maintain the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system.

• Respond to customer inquiries, handle customer complaints, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner if needed.

• Perform other administrative duties as assigned, such as organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments, and coordinating events.

 

Qualifications:

• Strong digital skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and various other systems.

• Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong data analysis skills and the ability to use existing data for upselling purposes.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

• Prior experience in a sales or administrative support role preferred.
