As the Sales & Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving market expansion across the UAE while managing and nurturing strategic client relationships. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a company at the forefront of the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and market penetration.
- Identify and target new business opportunities in the UAE market.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in ELV and building management systems.
Qualifications and Experience:
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field
- A Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) is preferred
Technical Knowledge
- Experience and Strong understanding of ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm Systems, Audio-Visual Systems, Building Management Systems (BMS)) and Smart Lighting Solutions
- Familiarity with industry standards like IES, IEEE, and local building codes
- Understanding of LEED certifications for sustainable lighting systems
- Understanding of regional regulations and compliance standards
Sales and Business Development Skills
- More than 15 years of proven experience in UAE and the Gulf region in sales and business development for ELV and lighting systems
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close deals, and exceed sales targets
- Strong market research and competitive analysis skills
- Proficiency in creating and presenting sales pitches and business proposals
- Experience working with Government projects, Contractors (MEP contractors are a plus), Consultants and system integrators, as well as Real estate developers
