Property Consultant :-
Self-motivated and career oriented to meet the given target, Attentive, well organized and passionate for Real estate. Outgoing, Friendly and sociable and be able to develop the rapport and reaching out to potential buyers in the market. Maintain and up to date knowledge by studying listings, visiting properties and participating in educational opportunities.
Qualifications:
work experience in the Real Estate for a minimum of 1 years.
Good knowledge in leasing and sales (off plan projects & ready properties).
Strong negotiation and communication skills both oral and written.
Holder of valid UAE driving license
RERA license is a plus
Must be computer literate.
Able to assist clients in finding properties, documentation and processing.
General understanding of Dubai's property market and current trends.
