Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our sales and marketing activities. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase revenue, enhance brand visibility, and ensure strong market presence. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of leadership, creativity, and analytical skills, with a proven track record in driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Lead and support the sales team in achieving individual and team targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust tactics as necessary.
- Manage key accounts and maintain long-term client relationships.
Marketing:
- Design and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and other media.
- Develop and maintain brand positioning, messaging, and market presence.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Oversee content creation, website updates, and social media presence.
- Manage budgets and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through KPIs and ROI.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and mentor the sales and marketing team.
- Provide regular performance reviews, guidance, and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in consultancy.(Freshers can apply)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and paid ad platforms.
- Knowledge of branding and market segmentation strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
