Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and developing customer relationships, identifying new sales leads, creating and delivering sales training, and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, and sales management
• Ability to train and coach sales professionals to achieve their goals
• Proven track record of successful sales and customer retention
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Knowledge of the production industry is a plus
• UAE driver license is a plus
