Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our business by acquiring new projects and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, visiting companies and project sites, and promoting our fire protection and security solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Sales:
- Identify and approach potential clients, including construction companies, government organizations, consultants, and contractors.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and site visits.
- Present and promote our fire protection, detection, and security solutions to potential clients.
- Follow up on inquiries and prepare customized proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Marketing & Client Relations:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Regularly visit project sites and corporate offices to understand client needs.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent the company.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to improve sales strategies.
- Project Coordination:
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure proper execution of projects.
- Coordinate with contractors and consultants for project approvals and installations.
- Ensure projects are completed within deadlines and comply with safety regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in fire protection, or construction-related industries.
- Strong understanding of fire alarm systems, firefighting systems, and emergency lighting solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to visit companies, project sites, and meet clients regularly.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
